    Customer Information Policy
    The supplier of hosting and hosting related services is WebDirect Australia Pty Limited, A.C.N. 128 113 315, located in Moorabbin Victoria Australia. We provide a description of all services provided both at our shopping cart checkout facility and again via email instruction where setup and configuration guides will be sent once purchase is successfully completed.

    All services will be delivered via online method.


    Returns Policy
    Service commencement occurs immediately once payment is received by WebDirect Australia Pty Limited.
    We always endeavour to provide a quality hosting experience for your business, however in the unlikely event you decide our service is no longer suitable, we will honour the following refund policy. 


    Month to Month
    New accounts will be charged pro-rata between the date of sign-up and the final day of the sign-up calendar month. This amount will be charged to your credit card by WebDirect Australia Pty Limited.

    Payment is due at the start of each calendar month for month-to-month subscriptions.
    Any service cancellations will take place from the start of the next new calendar month.


    Quarterly
    New accounts will be charged pro-rata between the date of sign-up and the final day of the sign-up calendar month, followed then by charges for the remaining 3 months in the quarter. This amount will be charged to your credit card by WebDirect Australia Pty Limited.

    Payment is due at the start of each calendar month for month-to-month subscriptions.
    Any service cancellations will take place from the start of the next new calendar month, with the balance of your quarterly subscription refunded to the credit used for original sign-up.


    Yearly
    New accounts will be charged pro-rata between the date of sign-up and the final day of the sign-up calendar month, followed then by charges for the remaining 11 months in the calendar year. This amount will be charged to your credit card by WebDirect Australia Pty Limited.

    Payment is due before the end of each yearly subscription expiry date to ensure continued service.
    Any service cancellations will take place from the start of the next new calendar month, with the balance of your yearly subscription refunded to the credit used for original sign-up.
